Fire-Nine comes in three heat levels: Jalapeño, Habanero, and Reaper. Jalapeño is mild and approachable, Habanero brings a balanced medium heat, and Reaper is seriously spicy.

All three are built around the same idea: flavor first, heat second.

Fire-Nine works great on burgers, fries, tacos, eggs, sandwiches, bowls, pizza, roasted vegetables, and more. It’s designed as an everyday condiment, not just a specialty hot sauce.

Yes. All Fire-Nine sauces are completely plant-based and vegan 

West Coast Style Garlic Sauce is a creamy, garlicky sauce with balanced heat and everyday versatility. It’s designed to work more like an all-purpose condiment than a traditional hot sauce. 

FIRE-NINE is handmade by its founders in Sacramento, California at a licensed commercial kitchen operated by Alchemist Community Development Corporation. We operate under a valid California Processed Food Registration (PFR). 

Before October 2025, Fire-Nine products were marked with the manufacture date. Products made after that point use a best-by date instead.

The only exception is our Louisiana-style hot sauce in glass bottles, which uses an expiration date printed on the neck of the bottle.

Fire-Nine sauces are shelf-stable and each bottle is marked with a best-by date. After opening, we recommend refrigeration for best flavor and quality. 

Probably. Fire-Nine sauces are shelf-stable, but for best quality we recommend refrigeration after opening. As with any food product, if the sauce smells or tastes off, it should be discarded.
