We date all our products with the manufacture date, except for the hot sauces in glass bottles which have a expiration date on the neck.
The Original FIRE-NINE Spicy Garlic Sauce is good for up to 6 months or more in the fridge, as are the variants that use the same tall plastic bottle, such as FIRE-NINE CR-1.
Fresh Items we sell at farmers markets, such as our FIRE-NINE Spicy Garlic Hummus and Habanero Dragon Fruit Ranch dips are usually good for about week or two.
Probably, yes. Fire-Nine SGS is highly acidic and holds up fairly well outside the fridge. However, if you notice any odd appearance, smell or taste to your sauce, then you should throw it out. And you should always store FIRE-NINE SGS in the fridge when you're not using or transporting it.
We're at several stores, restaurants and farmers markets. For the complete list, go here.
